Enter the Kozmetika Summer Season Model Contest for your chance be our poster girl!

What does it mean to be a poster girl?

1. You get 2500L just for being hot.
2. You get free goodies.
3. You get a your photo done by Asami Schnyder (http://www.flickr.com/photos/goodtwin).
4. You get your face plastered all over Kozmetika!

Rules:
No photo morphs.
You must be wearing cosmetics that can be found at Kozmetika.
Headshots only.
You can enter as many photos as you like.

How to enter:
Post your photo in our flickr group,http://www.flickr.com/groups/kozmetika/ on or before July 08 2011. Please be sure to list the tag, Kozmetika.
Please name the photo, FOKS followed by your avatar first and last name.
You must include the name of the makeup worn in the description field.

Only one winner will be chosen. The winner will be chosen by a panel of outside judges who are involved in Kozmetika and will be announced the weekend after the contest ends.

Jalane Couture St Valentine's Photo Contest

(en) Jalane Couture brand is launching a big contest to find it's next model for a day that will show Valentine's day dress "Glam Valentine". The winner will receive L$2.000 and pose for the poster.

You just have to take a photo of you wearing "Glam Valentine" dress, sold to the special price of L$ 180 at Jalane Couture store on Eternalis sim. Send the picture to Jalane Carver.

Results will be known February 10th.

The contest will close February 9th.

The expo is to benefit Souls4Soles, which you can read about here: http://www.soles4souls.org/

Last year's Footwear Expo was to benefit Toys for Tots and ran November 22 to December 6th. We raised $2500 USD for the cause. This year's event will benefit Soles4Souls and we hope to raise one million Lindens this year!

The event will run from August 7 - 22, 2010. Over 50 Shoe Designers from across the grid willl be showcasing their creations (most with new items introduced exclusively at the expo!) and helping to sponsor and support the benefit. In addition there will be a flickr photo contest, a Blogger contest, and a massive blow-out party at the end of the Expo.

We have a couple of exciting new things this year, first up Gatcha! There will be a couple of Gatcha machines on each sim with special items from Adorkable Poses, Boom, Exodi, Glitterati, Whippet & Buck, Diesel Works, Haven Designs, Stellar and Fri.day!

The other thing are our Haybalers, these are another way for non-shoe designers to sponsor the fair and offer a few goodies for sale. Look for them along the paths as you walk around the sims.
